Your pre-mediation appointment is free.

During mediation we charge for the face-to-face time you are with your mediator. This is £80 per person per hour (inclusive of VAT).

We also charge for the documents produced at the end of mediation that summarise your agreement. In financial mediation we are likely to produce an Open Finance Statement and a Memorandum of Understanding. We charge £80 (per person and inclusive of VAT) for drafting each of these documents.

If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice we may charge a cancellation fee equal to an hour's mediation.

We also have a contract with the Legal Services Commission and offer legally aided mediation. If you are not working or are on a low income you may be eligible for legal aid to cover your mediation costs.
